Reservation deadline: January 20, 2025 (after which room/room type/rate are not guaranteed and subject to availability)

All rooms include high speed internet and access to hotel facilities (ie: pool, wellness center).
Rates are good for 3 days before/3 days after the event date (February 7-15 2025).
